Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct prosecutions in various Ontario Courts
• Provide legal analyses and prepare strategic communications
• Ensure effective case management and compliance with timelines
• Support local Crown Attorneys in their duties
• Participate in community projects related to criminal justice
Requirements:
• Membership in positive standing with Ontario's Law Society
• Must hold a valid Class G Driver’s license
• Proven experience in courtroom prosecutions
• Knowledge of the Criminal Code and case management
• Ability to work independently with solid analytical skills
