Key Responsibilities:
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly
• Explain policies and responsibilities related to tenancy
• Organize orientations for current tenants
• Maintain accurate tenant files and housing records
• Document property conditions during inspections

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of office experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous housing initiatives
• Familiarity with rental agreements and payment processing
• CPIC is mandatory for this role
