In this contract role, you'll report to the AVP of AI, Operations, and Advisor Service, supporting leaders in implementing operational change. The position requires cutting-edge strategies for process transformation and operating model design to streamline Richardson Wealth’s core operations while embracing automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on multi-year operational strategies and governance
• Champion automation and workflow digitization efforts
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify processes
• Track performance using journey analytics and client feedback
• Direct operational reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Wealth Management operations
• Experience within regulated environments (CIRO/IIROC)
• Proven record in operational transformation
• Robust knowledge of advisor-facing operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
