In this full time in office role, you will lead the QA team at our Downtown Vancouver studio. Your responsibilities include setting testing standards, prioritizing tasks, and mentoring team members to promote their growth. You will coordinate testing efforts while collaborating closely with production and external QA teams to ensure gaming quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and mentorship to QA team members
• Manage task priorities in collaboration with production leads
• Oversee defect reporting and testing coverage adherence
• Allocate resources for efficient testing activities
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Triple A game testing
• Experience managing QA teams
• Proficient with JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of diverse testing platforms
• Solid learning aptitude and tech capabilities
