Key Responsibilities:
• Process accurate bi-weekly payroll for Canadian and U.S. teams
• Lead all year-end filing activities in compliance with regulations
• Ensure adherence to employment standards across Canada and U.S.




• Manage advantages administration and open enrollment
• Serve as the main contact for employee payroll inquiries

Requirements:
• PCP designation mandatory
• 5+ years in end-to-end payroll management
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Deep understanding of labor laws and payroll compliance
• Proven analytical skills and attention to confidential data
