Reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide operational leadership, strategic program development, and staffing oversight. The role involves close collaboration with community partners to improve sports offerings and support student engagement in recreation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine work priorities and approve student staff schedules
• Implement cutting-edge strategies for program improvement
• Compile and track financial transactions
• Ensure staffing operations align with approved policies
• Support student intramural activities and sports clubs
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma in Sports and Recreation or related
• Five years of management experience in recreation
• Experience with scheduling software and budgeting
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
