At WSP, you'll be part of a specialized team focused on the planning, assessment, design, and safety of dam infrastructure. This role involves collaborating closely with geotechnical, structural, and hydraulic specialists to ensure sustainable energy development. You'll mentor engineers and contribute to business growth while overseeing complex dam rehabilitation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and rehabilitation of embankment dams and dykes
• Perform geotechnical analyses and evaluations for protected designs




• Conduct inspections and Dam Safety Reviews to identify risks
• Provide technical support during construction activities
• Mentor and promote technical excellence among team members

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Experience with embankment dams and hydraulic structures
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities
