WISH Drop-In Centre Society invites applications for a Co-Chair position dedicated to enhancing the mission of safety and dignity for sex workers. You will work closely with Board members and the Executive Director, facilitating meetings, tracking progress on initiatives, and creating materials to ensure effective governance. Your involvement will directly impact program delivery and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Board progress through effective planning
• Assist Board members with inquiries and support needs
• Co-create agendas and meeting materials




• Lead Board meetings and ensure productive discussions
• Oversee preparations for the Annual General Meeting

Requirements:
• Experience in governance or organizational leadership
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by sex workers
• Knowledge of barriers stemming from oppression
• Commitment to intersectional feminist principles
• Reside in Vancouver or the surrounding area
