You will ensure all employees, agency staff, and students receive timely, quality training aligned with the latest standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the Home’s annual education plan
• Document and coordinate employee training compliance
• Implement continuous assessments of staff learning needs




• Facilitate evidence-based education plans and refresher courses
• Collaborate with leadership to track training effectiveness

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health/science discipline or regulated clinical background
• Long-Term Care experience preferred and valued
• Expertise in training and adult education methods
• Proficiency in using LMS and e-learning platforms
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
