Thrive Child Development Centre is searching for a dedicated Supervised Instructor Therapist to join the team on a one-year contract. This role involves implementing interventions per the Ontario Autism Program Behaviour Plan. Ideal candidates will have a background in Autism and Behavioural Science or Psychology, along with at least two years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based interventions as per behaviour plans
• Collaborate with families and the treatment team
• Implement behavioural analytic strategies in various settings




• Maintain transparent communication with team members
• Travel across the District of Algoma as needed

Requirements:
• Diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience as a Supervised Instructor Therapist
• Robust collaboration and communication skills
• Valid Class G driver's license required
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
