We are recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the industrial sector in a hybrid work setting in Penticton, British Columbia.

A typical day:
Lead electrical design for low, medium, and high voltage systems
Conduct power system studies including load flow, arc flash, and harmonics
Develop control schemes, relay settings, and protection logic
Manage projects including schedules, budgets, and client communication
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and compliance documentation
Mentor EITs and support team development through coaching
Requirements:
Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with P.Eng designation required
Bring 7–20 years of experience in power systems or utility engineering
Demonstrate proficiency with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower or similar tools
Exhibit strong understanding of protective relays and control systems
Apply knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and IEEE standards
Show proven project management and client engagement experience
