In this Cost Consultant position, you will support the preparation of detailed cost estimates across various project types. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive construction cost estimates
• Prepare and present final cost plans with clarity
• Manage cost checking and analysis for projects

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD preferred
• Experience with mechanical/electrical cost estimating
• Understanding of construction methodologies
