As a Senior Demand Planner, you'll report directly to the Sales and Operations Planning Manager. Your role includes driving the accuracy of demand plans while coaching junior planners and supporting S&OP; functions. Successful candidates will thrive in a proactive, rapid-paced setting, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead demand planning for the Commercial category in US and Canada
• Manage KPI reporting, variance narratives, and trend analysis




• Coach and develop junior demand planners
• Improve forecast accuracy through analytics
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to minimize disruptions

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
• Advanced Excel/VBA and BI tools
• Solid critical thinking abilities
• Ability to present complex data clearly
