This role supports the accounting team through month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis, while partnering with FP&A. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, strong in Excel, and brings a positive, collaborative attitude. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Perform variance analysis and investigate financial fluctuations Assist with financial reporting and management analysis Support budgeting, forecasting,



and scenario analysis Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts Assist with audit requests and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3–6 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Advanced Excel skills (formulas, analysis, reporting) Experience with reconciliations and journal entries Nice to Have Experience in a project-based or asset-intensive environment ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or similar) Exposure to FP&A or financial modeling CPA designation is an asset but not required What’s Offered Competitive salary ($80K–$85K) 5% annual bonus Hybrid work model (1 day from home) Stable, growing organization with long-term chance #J-18808-Ljbffr
