Working under the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to address specific hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing to offer presentations, leveraging both ATS and LinkedIn for engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess talent needs
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Canada
• Identify passive candidates through ATS and social media
• Conduct the recruitment process from screening to offers
• Keep ATS updated to meet reporting timelines
Requirements:
• Fluency in both French and English
• 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
• Expertise in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
