What You'll Do
Lead archaeological field crews in NEBC
Spot, map, and catalog archaeological & traditional use sites
Direct reconnaissance surveys + impact assessments
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with First Nations communities




Mentor juniors while keeping safety front and center
Bring your field director / field supervisor expertise to exciting projects

What You Bring
Recognized Field Director or Supervisor status (NEBC or other BC)
Bachelor's or Master's in Archaeology/Anthropology
1+ years in the field (360+ days under a BC permit)
Current First Aid & H2S Alive
Class 5 Driver's License + Canadian Citizenship/PR
Solid fitness + willingness to travel and work remote

Nice to Have
GPS/GIS mapping skills
ATV/UTV field experience
Lithic analysis & artifact recording superpowers
