Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling, meetings, and office communications
• Maintain program records and assist with report preparation
• Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements for events
• Monitor operational expenses for the initiative
• Provide administrative support at community meetings and workshops
Requirements:
• 3 years of office administration experience required
• Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent
• Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• A valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel
