Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation & Pharmacy, this coordinator role focuses on organizing and supervising the Pharmacy Department. Experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred, along with solid project management and communication skills to engage with interdisciplinary teams effectively. You will be pivotal in implementing quality care services aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of pharmacy care services
• Monitor resource allocation to maintain quality standards
• Evaluate client care effectiveness and improvement efforts
• Implement evidence-based practices and compliance protocols
• Support staff through effective communication and leadership
Requirements:
• Licensed pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
• Minimum two years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with OCP standards of practice
