In this role, you'll provide critical analytical support within the Operations Business Services Office, reporting to the Manager of Operational Performance. Your responsibilities will focus on the development of reports and dashboards that illuminate performance trends while leveraging engineering concepts such as Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability. A team-oriented approach will be vital for investigating operational challenges and ensuring data quality across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics
• Apply predictive modeling for asset management insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and solve performance issues
• Ensure quality data governance in operational reporting
• Provide insights to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or similar
• Significant experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
• Hands-on use of R or Python for data processing
• Knowledge and application of data quality methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
