Drive efficiency and reliability as a Preventive Maintenance Technician focused on residential properties. You will perform inspections, upkeep building systems, and prevent major breakdowns and repairs.
In this role, you will handle scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks across various residential properties. Your expertise in plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems will help identify and resolve issues early. Solid attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills will be essential for your success, as you take responsibility for maintaining accurate records and monitoring equipment conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections regularly
• Follow maintenance schedules for building systems and areas
• Inspect for signs of wear, leaks, and damage
• Complete routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and evaluate for further repairs
Requirements:
• Valid plumbing license or G1 Gas Technician license
• Previous experience in preventative or property maintenance
• Knowledge of residential building systems and troubleshooting
• Solid time management and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
