Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of landlord and property information
• Review and certify lease compliance and monitoring
• Generate monthly accounts payable reports
• Support budget increase investigations and validations
• Liaise regularly with Property Managers
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent skilled certification
• 3 to 5 years of job-related experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
