This leadership role requires overseeing program staff and student activities while ensuring a structured, secure living space. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring student progress, and encouraging pastoral engagement. You'll also participate in fundraising and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support staff, students, and volunteers
• Oversee schedules, classes, and chapels
• Maintain documentation for student progress
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
• Support admissions and family engagement
• Uphold accreditation and curriculum standards
• Engage in fundraising and campus events

Requirements:
• Solid organizational and communication skills
