Reporting to the BIM Manager, you will deliver high-quality HVAC models, support system design workflows, and contribute to design automation tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 3D mechanical models for HVAC systems and piping
• Support Mechanical Designers with detailed modeling
• Develop and prepare accurate drawing packages




• Produce plumbing system 3D models and layouts
• Coordinate design workflows with offshore teams

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Mechanical BIM modelling experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Familiar with BIM standards and digital workflows
• Organized, detail-oriented, and independent
• Familiarity with MicroStation and TTC Standards
