About Our Client Our client, located in Vaughan, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for a special project. The role will support operational analysis, process improvement, reporting and system-related projects.
Responsibilities Collect and analyze operational and financial data.
Prepare reports, presentations and monthly accrual summaries.
Support the testing and implementation of a recent database tool.
Track outstanding submissions, credits and balances.
Assist with claims processes, system migration and process documentation.
Provide project support to operations and finance leadership.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of senior operations experience.
Solid Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Robust experience with Inventory, Pricing, or Rebates.




Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of AP, inventory, pricing or basic accounting is an asset.
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
