Working closely with the Learner Services Department, Facilities Manager, and Program Supervisors, you will create specific practices to ensure safety for staff and students alike. This role is essential for maintaining a protected and healthy operational setting within Suncrest College.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety regulations
• Develop and execute health and safety plans
• Prepare policies to foster a health and safety culture




• Implement safety training programs for employees
• Collaborate with various departments for program-specific practices
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a cross-cultural workplace
• WHMIS 2015, WCB, OHC Certification preferred
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License required
