As a Building Attendant, you will work closely with the Site Manager following Lookout’s mission to assist those in need. Your primary duties will include managing property-related tasks, performing essential upkeep, and ensuring a safe living workplace. Strong communication and organizational abilities are key as you interact with staff and residents in this diverse setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct administrative duties related to property management
• Perform maintenance tasks and basic repairs
• Keep client rooms clean and monitor safety conditions




• Assist new staff members and oversee volunteers
• Maintain accurate reports and records of activities

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education plus two years of relevant experience
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification required
• Robust organizational and stress management skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
