Permanent Full time Community Nutritionist
Registered Dietician - 6 Step Salary Range: $72,545.20 -$86,158.80
Registered Dietician with Diabetes Educator Certification:6 Step Salary Range: $75,985.00 - $90,253.80
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (or equivalent) with accredited internship.
Registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association and Dietitians of Canada
Certified Diabetes Educator (preferred or willingness to take the course).
Minimum of 2 years of community nutrition or public health experience preferred.
Robust understanding of community health,



prevention, and program development.
Must be able to work as an effective team member and ability to work independently and develop innovative programming.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel within communities; valid Class 5 driver'slicense required.
Combination of office, community, and outreach work; may be asked to work flexible hours, with occasional evenings and weekends.
Previous working experience with First Nations people and demonstrate an understanding of the health & social issues encountered by First Nation people.
Willingness to learn about and accept First Nations cultures. Knowledgeof Plains Cree Language is a definite asset.
Must provide a explicit criminal record check with vulnerable sector.
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Publisher, and technological platforms such as Microsoft Teams, etc.
