Drive operational compliance as a Branch Administrator at National Bank Financial. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of daily administrative processes and supporting client relations.

In this position, you’ll oversee branch operations, ensuring that all financial transactions meet compliance standards while acting as a point of contact for operational questions. Your responsibilities include training branch staff on administrative policies and aiding the Regional Manager with various tasks. Collaboration and communication will be key to ensuring that the branch functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance in daily financial operations of the branch
• Act as a liaison for HR questions and logistical matters
• Train staff on administrative policies and procedures




• Maintain rigorous follow-ups with Internal Audit recommendations
• Monitor and manage branch operating budgets

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with 3 years experience
• Previous investment industry experience preferred
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course beneficial
• Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Effective communication and organizational skills
