At Bayshore Therapy & Rehab, the Occupational Therapist will have a significant role in managing client care through thorough assessments and treatment strategy development. You will work independently while also collaborating with other specialists to enhance treatment delivery. Your ability to document client progress and maintain confidentiality is vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment evaluation strategies
• Keep detailed records of client progress and treatment goals
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary health team




• Provide education on treatment plans to clients and their families
• Participate in continuous professional development and safety practices

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Must be registered and in positive standing with the College
• Three years of relevant Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Robust communication, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver’s license required for client home visits
