This specialist role collaborates closely with the Director of Initiatives & Experience Development and the Senior Manager of Brand Development. You will design and implement large-scale projects that enhance guest interactions at our stunning lodges and attractions. Your design insights will ensure that operational needs and guest journeys are harmonized for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging guest spaces with interior designers and vendors
• Translate operational needs into effective spatial design




• Ensure timely delivery of design concepts within budget
• Champion quality and cohesive design execution
• Manage in office implementation and resolve any challenges

Requirements:
• 2+ years in design, project management, or hospitality
• Experience in hospitality operations is an asset
• Strong creative and team-oriented skills
• Ability to work in rapid-paced environments
