Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and amend Tsawwassen legislation and policies
• Provide research and analysis for senior management decision-making
• Facilitate negotiations with federal and provincial partners




• Support program evaluations and compliance assessments
• Prepare briefing materials for the Tsawwassen Legislature

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in public policy or related field
• Three or more years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of governmental interactions and treaty processes
• Solid written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to manage projects under tight deadlines
