Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage a positive work and learning workplace
• Participate in hiring and orienting faculty and staff
• Address student academic issues and provide guidance
• Lead the team of Adaptable Learning sessional faculty
• Liaise with industry to reflect current practices in curriculum

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in technology or applied engineering
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology
• Experience at a senior management level
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
