In this role, you will report to the Deputy Chief, Operations, providing essential leadership and support to paramedics. Your responsibilities include managing team communications, ensuring thorough reporting, and assisting in the setup of equipment and resources. The ideal candidate has significant paramedic experience including leadership and familiarity with the provincial ambulance system, ready to guide a dedicated paramedic staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day supervision for paramedic staff
• Facilitate effective communication with emergency agencies




• Oversee equipment and supplies logistics for bases
• Handle special projects and community education initiatives
• Ensure compliance with service standards and reports

Requirements:
• Degree in Paramedicine, Health Sciences, or related field
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience required
• EMCA or AEMCA certification plus additional necessary certifications
• In-depth knowledge of health legislation and protocols
• Ontario Class 'F' Driver’s Licence needed for this role
