As the Procurement Integration Manager, your mission will be to bridge DECIEM’s procurement landscape with the ELC model. You will conduct gap analyses, drive risk mitigation strategies, and lead a dedicated procurement team. This is a crucial role designed for leaders who can collaboratively enhance operational processes during a period of significant change.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and map DECIEM’s procurement integration plan
• Facilitate cross-functional relationships for decision-making
• Identify and document operational differences impacting continuity




• Champion change management for current systems
• Monitor integration progress with dashboards and metrics

Requirements:
• 6+ years in procurement, ideally within M&A; or process transformation
• Leadership experience with team mentoring
• Solid ERP knowledge, especially in procurement systems
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills
