Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze medical fitness documentation
• Make decisions based on the Motor Vehicle Act standards
• Monitor clerical staff performance and provide coaching
• Implement productivity monitoring tools and standards
• Liaise with the Medical Advisory Committee to review cases
Requirements:
• High school education plus 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Solid communication skills for diverse issues
• Competency in data management and regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Act and medical standards
