Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market risks and performance with research teams
• Develop strategies to enhance portfolio value and returns
• Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and joint ventures
• Engage with investors for retention and capital raising
• Assist in RFPs and prepare for client reviews
Requirements:
• Expertise in financial analysis and valuation techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of real estate asset types
• Established relationships within the investment community
• Solid presentation and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant Master’s degree favored
