As a Development and Project Manager at IPECC, you will take ownership of high-impact capital projects across Western Canada. Your responsibilities will encompass managing design teams, overseeing tendering processes, and ensuring projects align with client visions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Indigenous leadership and municipalities, to drive projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from feasibility through funding applications
• Manage architecture and engineering teams for design excellence
• Oversee the full tendering and contract processes
• Deliver projects in the $10M–$20M+ range successfully
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in development and project management
• Experience with design coordination and procurement
• Proven track record in stakeholder management
• Robust ability to balance detail and overall vision
• PMP, PQS, or similar credentials are preferred
