LeverageTek is actively seeking a Rotation Coordination Specialist for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

Hybrid Ottawa - 3 days per week on-site

Key Tasks

- Coordinate placement of PharmD students across practice sites
- Manage schedules, rotation assignments, and changes
- Liaise with preceptors, students, and partner organizations
- Track compliance requirements including immunizations, training completions, and confidentiality agreements
- Monitor site capacity and identify placement gaps
- Maintain databases and generate reports

Key Qualifications

- Bilingual (English and French) with fluent written and spoken French required
- Experience in academic administration, health professions education, or healthcare operations
- Robust project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfort working with scheduling systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, decentralized environment

Compensation

Hourly Rate Negotiable
