PAL Aerospace is seeking a Training Manager to enhance its Air Ambulance team. This position requires conducting comprehensive pilot training including ground school, simulator sessions, and line checks for the King Air fleet. You will establish training objectives and standards while providing mentorship and oversight for the Electronic Training Record system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ground school and simulator training for pilots
• Develop and maintain Air Ambulance standards and SOPs
• Set training goals in collaboration with management




• Mentor team members to improve training outcomes
• Oversee lesson plans and syllabus adjustments

Requirements:
• At least 2500 hours total flight experience
• Valid ATPL with instrument and multi-engine ratings
• Proven leadership experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of aerospace operations and document management
