This role is integral to the Investments team, directly supporting the VP of Investments with comprehensive responsibilities. You will lead financial modeling, structure capital formation, and manage lender relationships, ensuring thorough investment decision-making. Your diligence and analytical skills will drive every aspect of the underwriting process to support institutional-quality residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial modeling and underwriting for acquisitions and developments
• Present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee




• Manage the deal pipeline and preliminary investment screens
• Oversee third-party due diligence and project reporting
• Handle debt financing and lender models for various structures

Requirements:
• 3–6 years in real estate investment or development
• Solid financial modeling skills in Excel
• MBA from a recognized program
• Real estate related degree preferred
• Ability to leverage AI tools in workflows
