The Assistant position within the Chief of Staff Office is essential for the success of Council. You will perform reception duties while managing schedules and shared spaces, making you the first point of contact for Council members. Your expertise in administration will shine through as you handle documents, inquiries, and reimbursements with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain council documentation and files
• Manage calendars and inboxes for council members
• Perform reception duties and address inquiries




• Compile and track budgets, invoices, and reports
• Advise leadership of urgent matters needing attention

Requirements:
• Five years of administrative experience, three at an executive level
• Diploma in Office or Business Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of municipal governance and policies
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Operator’s License
