• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct cash-flow analysis and monitor bank accounts
• Assist in processing construction-related invoices




• Support monthly close activities for assigned properties
• Review third-party financial statements for accuracy

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in accounting required
• At least 3 years in an accounting or related role
• Knowledge of Yardi property management software
• Robust organizational and detail-oriented skills
• CPA designation is a plus
