Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as HR advisor to ten correctional units
• Manage performance assessments and workplace investigations
• Facilitate health and safety training and procedures




• Ensure compliance with food safety management systems
• Build relationships across various operational teams

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• At least five years of HR experience in union settings
• Understanding of Alberta’s occupational health and safety laws
• Robust facilitation and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Alberta, up to 50%
