Equipment sales with current/existing customers
Build loyal/long-term customer relationships
Provide top tier customer support & follow-up
Identify unmet customer needs & provide solutions
Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas
Create brand awareness in your area




Conduct equipment/product demos
Exceptional customer service & communication
Extensive knowledge of ag equipment
Education in Ag Business/Marketing/related field
Solid time mgmt, organizational, computer skills
3+ years of previous sales exp
Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products
Significant independent travel, valid drivers licence
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary
Must be legally entitled to work in CA
