As a Design Developer 2, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unique product solutions in the Women’s Run design team. Your expertise in pattern making and sewing will contribute to the development and documentation of prototypes. Collaborating closely with Designers, Pattern Makers, and Product Developers, you'll help innovate construction processes while ensuring alignment with Arc’teryx’s design philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support design with unique pattern and prototype development
• Collaborate with teams on current construction techniques and documentation




• Build and test concept prototypes for functionality
• Assess materials for various construction techniques
• Assist in seasonal project contributions as needed

Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience in a technical design setting
• Diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
• Proficient CAD experience with Gerber
• Solid skills in pattern making and sewing
• Knowledge of Arc’teryx products and outdoor activities
