We are searching for an experienced Landscape Lead Hand with more than three years in both hardscaping and softscaping. You will be responsible for directing crew activities, conducting quality inspections, and providing valuable mentorship. Upholding safety standards is a priority in your daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead landscaping operations efficiently and safely
• Supervise multiple work crews at different sites
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on projects
• Train and develop team members through mentorship
• Follow Davey and industry safety protocols
Requirements:
• At least three years in landscaping
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of plant identification is a plus
• Clean 'G' Class driver’s license needed
• Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs consistently
