As a Counsel in AGCO’s Legal Services Division, you will leverage over five years of legal expertise, mainly in administrative law, to advise on corporate governance and compliance. Your contributions will include legal documentation preparation, stakeholder engagement, and developing strategic policies under the guidance of the Legal Director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and provide legal advice on AGCO statutes
• Draft and prepare documentation for regulatory processes
• Support compliance and governance for AGCO
• Engage with diverse public and government authorities
• Advise on corporate law and employment matters

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited institution
• Active membership in Law Society of Ontario
• Experience in regulatory environments preferred
• Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to adapt to evolving legal challenges
