Lead the Men’s Hockey Program at the Royal Military College of Canada. This role emphasizes athlete development, tactical training, and fostering inclusivity in sports.
The Royal Military College is looking for a passionate individual to be the Head Coach for its Men’s Hockey team. In this position, you will handle all operational aspects of the OUA program, from athlete selection to practice schedules. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the athletic department’s initiatives around protected sport and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and execution of hockey activities
• Identify and select athletes for the team
• Develop individual and team performance goals
• Manage practice sessions and competitions scheduling
• Ensure compliance with RMC and OUA standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education
• Current CHA Advanced level certificate
• Proven experience coaching collegiate hockey
• Familiarity with sports administration norms
• Robust teamwork and organizational competencies
