Your leadership will be vital in fostering a positive work culture among AMEs while addressing performance issues and training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper tooling usage
• Expedite maintenance requirements with various departments
• Coordinate staffing levels for planned and unplanned maintenance




• Provide daily guidance and coaching to the team
• Report any operational risks to management

Requirements:
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (M2, E, or S)
• Knowledge of industry practices and responsibilities
• Proven experience in maintaining employee relations
• Solid communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to self-manage and work shifts
