How you create impact

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will maximize cash flow, minimise Days Sales Outstanding and reduce overdue balances, while mitigating risks and supporting sustainable growth.
Manage and control the Accounts Receivable portfolio
Communicate regularly with Branch and Department Managers
Handle daily calls and emails with external customers
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate business records and sound bookkeeping practices
Develop, analyse and report on AR metrics
Resolve invoice disputes and other billing issues
Reconcile and match customer accounts as needed
Ensure compliance with AR policies and internal procedures




Support management with queries on billing, gross profit, volume and collections
Collaborate with branch controllers to identify and address root causes of issues

What we would like you to bring
1+ years of experience in credit and collections
1+ years of experience in a customer‑service role
Robust competency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required)
Post‑secondary education in business, finance, accounting or a related field
Credit certification is a plus
